It's Fall?

Well I guess it's not yet, technically. Pumpkin everything is slowly making its way back onto grocery store shelves and into coffee.  Hoodies and sweaters will soon make their debut. But here? Well here the days are getting a little bit shorter, but cooler weather remains aloof like a guest that wants to make a grand entrance by being late to the party.  Cooler weather here waits to show its face until January and February.  Nature however gives us a consolation prize with her spectacular sunsets. I've seen more purple and pink sunsets this month alone than I have in my entire life.  So while, truth be told, I'm a tad jealous of those of you on the mainland that get to crunch through beautiful fall leaves, I'm going to soak in this Hawai'ian  fall and all it has to offer.  Happy Fall y'all.
