I have known boys who were names Tre or Trey because it meant "third" and even met a guy one time named Quattro because he was the fourth child. So, maybe in a different language, "Seven" might not be so bad. Sieben? Sei? Sept? Sete?
If you don't like "Seven" you can always go with "Soda" or "Bisquick"...
