Moment in Time

Moving as often as we do, and seeing as much change and activity as we see, it's moments like these I hope they remember. Forever....or at least for a good long while.

Bobble-head Lacrosse

I have to say that watching U-9 lax is one of the most entertaining things I've ever seen. I mean these kids (mine especially included) are barely big enough to keep their helmets balanced on their wee little heads, not to mention trying to coordinate everything else....

However, every once in a while, these mighty mites are just that... MIGHTY-- as evidenced by these pictures. Poor little red bobble-head player got sandwiched in between Two and Three and one other team member. Two is #60 and Three is #96

Look out there little red bobble-head....

Uh, oh..

Ouch!...

"And then there was one" (um, I mean two... Actually Three and Two)

Tough Guys: April Showers--photo 12

So, I'm behind again. What else is new?? Maybe I'll be able to make up the two days I missed posting photos tomorrow... Until then, there's this...

I took it after today's game. I said, "Hey Two! Hey Three! Stand still for a sec so I can take a quick picture." I guess they felt tough today after today's game (must be all that black gunk under their eyes that their coach calls 'war paint'). Yeah, they're lookin' tough alright, right down to the chocolate chip cookie in Three's hand...
